Viren Mascarenhas, the founder of Mascarenhas Law, has two decades of experience representing clients in U.S. domestic and cross-border disputes. Recognized by the leading directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers USA, Legal500, and Who’s Who Legal, as well as the American Bar Association, the New York Law Journal, and Law360, Viren developed his disputes expertise in BIGLAW, where he served as a partner for over eight years in the litigation and arbitration practices at King & Spalding LLP and Milbank LLP and practiced as an associate at Freshfields LLP. He also clerked for H.E. Rosalyn Higgins, President of the International Court of Justice in The Hague and served as a Legal Officer at the Special Court for Sierra Leone, a war crimes tribunal.
